Active Member
$100/Lifetime
- Restricted to physicians (MD, DO, or equivalent) & dentists (DMD, DDS or equivalent)
- Have an interest in head pain, neck pain and orofacial pain
- Must include a copy of a medical certificate, valid current license, or proof of degree
- May vote, serve on committees, or hold office
Affiliate Members
$75/Lifetime
- For nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, and health care professionals
- Have an interest in head pain, neck pain and orofacial pain
- Must include a copy of their current license appropriate to their field
- No voting privileges and election to the board but may serve on different committees
Trainee Members
$50/Lifetime
- For health care professionals enrolled in graduate or post-graduate programs
- Have an interest in head pain, neck pain and orofacial pain
- Must include a letter of verification of active training from their institution or program director
- No voting privileges and election to the board but may serve on different committees
International Member
$50/Lifetime
- Restricted to international physicians (MD, DO, or equivalent) & dentists (DMD, DDS or equivalent) who are actively engaged in the practice of medicine and who reside outside of the United States, or Canada.
- Have an interest in head pain, neck pain and orofacial pain
- Must include a copy of a medical certificate or proof of degree
